DVBA members gathered at the Stockman’s Club in Brawley last week for an informative evening focused on the future of the Imperial Valley. Presentations highlighted emerging opportunities in data centers, renewable fuels, ethanol production, and economic development initiatives that could help drive growth and job creation throughout the region. Thank you to our presenters and everyone who joined us for another great evening of networking, learning, and collaboration.

Last Thursday, we had another well-attended Public Officials Luncheon, hosted by the City of Palm Springs at Escena Golf Resort, with guest speaker City Manager Scott Stiles. The City has so much going on. Planning for the airport improvements is underway, and Measure J is funding more projects than it can possibly undertake in the next couple of years.

We had two great events last week for our DVBA members. Our luncheon featuring Ariel Alcon Tapia from Riverside County Traffic Commission was sold out! We were honored to have Manuel Perez, Riverside County Supervisor for the 4th District, attend to hear what is going on in our region.

Our April Networking event was held at the DR Horton community, The Collection at Campanile. We had a great crowd visit the models and enjoy great food and wine.
