This 30x50 shop was designed to serve as a dedicated indoor gym, rather than the toy boxes and workshops we usually build, giving the owners plenty of room to train year-round.

While the use is different, it still includes many of the standard features we build into our shops:

• Insulated and flashed monolithic slab-on-grade
• 100,000 BTU unit heater
• Humidity-sensing exhaust fan
• 24-space interior electrical panel
• 30A & 50A receptacles
• LED high-bay shop lighting
• 2” insulated overhead door panels
• 5-Star Plus insulation package

A simple, functional building designed to be comfortable and useful year-round.

We recently wrapped up a full office renovation for Cruz Construction and are proud of how this project came together.

This remodel included:

• Tripling the size of the main entry vestibule
• Fabrication and installation of a new structural steel entry roof
• Full exterior re-side and re-roof of the building
• Construction of 8 new offices within the existing shop space
• Installation of a new boiler heating system
• Full remodel of the break room and all 3 bathrooms
• Remodel of the side entry vestibule, reception desk, and café bar area
• Complete lighting upgrade to LED throughout the building

This project involved a wide range of structural, mechanical, exterior, and finish work, and it was great to help modernize and transform the space while keeping the building fully functional.
We appreciate the opportunity to work with Cruz Construction and want to thank everyone involved who helped bring this project together.
