Carpet removal on whole second floor. Screwed all subfloor to joists to remove the squeak and installed new wood flooring. Also closed in a 6x6 open area to the ground floor to give more SQ ft to the upstairs and limit sound transfer between floors. We removed the old white spindles replaced with black metal spindles as well as refinished the existing hand rail.
