Element Commercial Construction has completed the Patel Elementary School and Terrace Community Middle School building located in Tampa, Florida.

This 83,702 square-foot building features 65 spacious classrooms accommodating up to 1,340 students. The school is designed with integrated administration workspaces and collaborated learning spaces. The L-shaped building is positioned behind the high school on the 32-acre site located on the east side of I-75 and the southeast corner of Fowler Avenue.

Element Commercial Construction designed and built this project in 12 months. Their turn-key design build method and expert pre-construction management allowed for the successful rezoning of the property as well as a successful construction start September 2020. Element turned over the campus July 2021 with plenty of time before the start of school August 2021.
