600 amp 480 volt Motor control cabinet, 1 of 3 single phase series parallel transformers 480 to 120 bad secondary. Disconnected cleared fault moved control circuits to 2 remaining live phases test system, ready for work again. Needs to replace the wall blown away from the hurricane last year. Rain keeps getting into the system, already replaced main breaker water rain out when removed. This place is like a box of chocolate never know what's going to melt next.

6,000 Horse power 4160 volt shredder motor bypass failed PLC on reastat control install 2 manual push buttons. Plates have to be 100% at the top, to start motor.Best running torque is 45-65% based on materials being ripped to pieces. The reastat and motor starter are interfaced together. Manufacturer of reastat no longer in business, only put this all together 4 years ago. Largest electric motor I've got to wire and maintain in my 23 years in business.

Lift station contoller didn't work when I got there. Working like it was designed to when I finished. Don't know why manufacturer used black and yellow as neutrals. And red as power only, standards I've never seen before.
All I can say is love the challenge of motor controls.

Burned out motor control transformer, melted a lot of wiring. Cleaned up the old dusty spare rewired installed proper control fuse size, run test good to go.

A little bit of clean up and proper identification of Generator and Battery backup systems, data room Palmetto Police Department. New servers coming clean steady power ready.
How about the fan cooling Verizon wireless network system mounted were it doesn't belong directly under live electrical panel.
