Hey all! Taking some time this beautiful saturday to put some more pictures of some finished work we did this year, since i barley put anything on the new page just yet. We've been working hard, trying to get to everything and everyone as fast as possible. BUT YOU CANT RUSH PERFECTION! anyways, here's some other before/afters from earlier this year, and more pictures of our present projects will be put some soon!

Here's another job we just started, also in Philly. Well be here a little over a month.. a bunch of brick replacements, spot pointing, caulking windows and expansion/control joints while being up in a 135ft high reach! This is what I love too do. Heres a couple pics, more to come! Tomorrow when the mortar dries it'll look good as new!

Hey yall, sorry I haven't posted recently. As you know, tons of changes and it's finally coming back together with a vengeance! BUT here's a job we just finished in Philly, had to fix a previous contractors work, and seal up the leaking roof for these customers. The last guy said he did work on the roof, and fixed the leak. Then I got a call saying it was leaking worse and when I got on the roof, it was never touched by that person.

Scope of completed work:
-removed all masonry that was done by previous contractor(stucco, patching, attempt to fix leak)
-replace rusted, bowing, damaged lintel with new angle iron
-flash new steel, waterproofing inside area
-rebuild backer wall, then skim coated over with rapid set
-applied new stucco to match existing and make uniform
-route out numerous cracks, sealed them, and then.coated over all repaired areas with elastomeric coating(matching color)

Roof repair:
-removed all old coating, and sections of damaged, peeling,splitting, and ripping roll roof
- replaced roll roof, then coated all existing seams and laid mesh down before another coat of acrylic roof coating
- 100% of parapet was repaired, patched, and then 3 thick coats of roof tar was applied to enhance waterproofing
- the front half of the roof, we laid a new membrane before the new roofing material since that's where it puddled, we also raised the area a little bit in order to have the water be able to drain properly to the scupper.
- repositioned gutter/downspout, added an extension, then put down step flashing along the wall leading to the scupper(made a passageway for rain water to easily drain to the right spot without even touching the roof if it doesn't have too).
-repaired scupper
-repaired a couple areas by cutting soft spots out, squaring them off, new inso board, foamed around the perimeter, new plywood, tar paper, barrier, and roll roofing. And coated on top to add the cherry on top.

Hey everyone! So as you know, i've had to restart and rebuild my business page from my original to this one... and i just wanna let whoever is still following my journey, sticking with me through all the ups and downs/ twists and turns, liking my pictures and posts, and then most recently wondered where I disappeared too.. Well my facebook and business page were hacked back in the beginning of may. I just now decided it was best to finally make a new page, both personal and business. I'm on a new road of positivity, greatness, tons of energy, happiness, and enough fuel to keep my fire burning for the next 25+ years! While my facebook, and all my other accounts were being hacked(bank accounts, emails, credit cards, pretty much my identity), I was also dealing with a bunch of personal issues that was effecting everything around me, so i decided it was the big boy thing to do and take a 2 month break, keep to myself, and work on things I completely forgot how important they really were until they were almost too far to see with my eyes. Long story short, I did a ton of self-searching, rearranging, switching around, deleting, erasing, adding, put it all in a pot and mixed it up really good! 😁 No, but seriously, I genuinely appreciate every single one of you, all of my customers, friends, family, workers, followers, and whoever else for sticking with me and continuing to follow me and my story. I LOVE YOU ALL!! *** PLUS IM GOING TO BE STARTING A VLOG/EVERYDAY LIFE IN HOW OUR WORK IS DONE AND PERFORMED FROM BEGINNING TO END, AND A TINY BIT OF OTHER SHINANEGANS OF COURSE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.. SO STAY TUNED!***

But here's a few before/after pictures from some of our recent work that i was still able to get from the other page... I'm going to try and switch all the pictures and stuff over to this page but its going to take some time with all the other things i have to start from scratch again... Well get there again, soon! Hey everyone! So, my original business page was hacked, and the person that has full control of both my personal page, and my business page(that took me years to build the content, before and afters, followers, customers, etc. will not give me MY OWN pages unless i pay him 500.00... but he did say ill get my grant money in return also!!! (what's this scumbag has been doing to multiple, if not all my friends list saying there's a grant that you can recieve if you follow these steps, portraying as me although i never did that kind of s**t to anyone before and if you know me at all, you know how i text and talk/speak.. so you should obivously know its not me to begin with..) But anyways, this is now the new business page for facebook! Ill be posting as many photos, before and afters, etc. to this page, and restart my journey to becoming one of the bigger masonry contractors around the jersey/philly areas! so if you could be so kind to give us a follow, a like, and tag along on our bumpy road to masterpieces we create, restore and fix! thanks so much, and well be talking soon!!
