This is new chapter for 975 page Mill. The 1990's aging tilt-up concrete and glass office building is being reimagined with a new high-performance façade, transforming it into a contemporary, energy-efficient workplace designed for the future. The redesign introduces a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces that foster collaboration, flexibility, and a healthier, more connected work environment.

We’re so excited that our Melville project is complete! Originally built in 1911, this two-story home blends Craftsman, Prairie, and Late Victorian influences. After decades of renovations and additions, it underwent a comprehensive transformation that unified the design while introducing an all-electric infrastructure, structural upgrades, refreshed façades, and reimagined interiors. The result is a home that beautifully honors its historic character while embracing contemporary living. Stay tuned for more from this special gem!

Our team loves designing beautiful bathrooms that balance character and modern comfort. This double vanity pairs classic beadboard detailing with a more contemporary sensibility, while the bathtub area is wrapped in a rich, deep blue tile that adds depth, texture, and a touch of drama to the space.

HYA is especially proud of the brick detailing on this multi-unit project. The warm brick façades, charming gabled roofs, and private outdoor spaces for every home create a welcoming streetscape that feels right at home in the mixed single-family/multi-family neighborhood. Thoughtful details and material selection really do make all the difference.

Deconstruction of the North and East facades is underway at 975 Page Mill, our 50,000 sf Renovation/Addition project with Stanford Real Estate. While much of the envelope will stay in place and be newly clad, removed concrete, steel, and wood beams are being salvaged for recycling. The mature ginkgo trees will be relocated on-site as we make way for the new hardscaped plazas and landscape zones. We couldn't wait to share this transformation as it begins to take shape!
