The best design solutions balance beauty and practicality. Shower niches are one of those details that, when carefully considered, enhance both the experience and aesthetics of the bathroom while feeling completely integrated into the architecture.

The Workshop is envisioned as a catalyst for creative thinking and meaningful collaboration. As part of SRE's new LINK project, this flexible multifunctional environment supports everything from ideation and prototyping to presentations and team engagement. If you happen to drive along Page Mill, you can already see the project beginning to take shape, bringing this vision for this major remodel/addition in the Stanford Research Park one step closer to reality.

We left in Palm Springs feeling inspired by the architecture and design of the Desert Modernism movement. From iconic commercial buildings, particularly the beautifully detailed mid-century banks, to private residences, the retreat offered an incredible look at how proportion, materiality, landscape, and light come together to create enduring architecture. :)

Transitional detailing was paired with updated finishes and improved functionality, while an all-electric infrastructure to bring this historic Craftsman home up to modern standards. We loved working on this kitchen and finding ways to honor its original character while giving it a fresh, contemporary feel.

This welcoming entryway, with its magical wallpapered ceiling, is the heart of circulation in this beautifully renovated Craftsman-style home. From here, you catch a glimpse into the dining room, where one of our favorite details where the new Elmcote wallpaper from Morris & Co. compliments the original woodwork. A playful touch that adds character, charm, and a little unexpected delight from the moment you walk in.

We’re so excited that our Melville project is complete! Originally built in 1911, this two-story home blends Craftsman, Prairie, and Late Victorian influences. After decades of renovations and additions, it underwent a comprehensive transformation that unified the design while introducing an all-electric infrastructure, structural upgrades, refreshed façades, and reimagined interiors. The result is a home that beautifully honors its historic character while embracing contemporary living. Stay tuned for more from this special gem!
