We are looking to hire 2-3 welder-fabricators. Our shop is located in Palo Pinto, about an hour west of Fort Worth. Must be able to work 40-50 hours a week, have a valid drivers license, and have a GREAT WORK ETHIC. Employee's receive a W2, overtime pay, and can accrue 2weeks PTO. Pay is competitive and based on experience. We DO NOT HIRE RIGS, as we have our own rig trucks for employees.

Our company does a wide variety of welding and fabricating from residential wrought iron, structural steel framework, to repiping gas compressors. Our main industry is Metal buildings and custom railings, fences, gates, etc. Must be able to follow blue prints and drawings for projects and think critically! This is not assembly line work!

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ONLY WANT TO WELD!!! You get paid the same to weld as you would to dig a post holes, whatever the job requires to complete. This is a fast paced environment, labor intensive, and everyday is a different project.

MWP Fabrications is a locally owned fab shop residing in Palo Pinto. We are looking to hire 2-3 self motivated, hard working and experienced welder/ fabricators, particularly with Metal Building Experience!
We will consider applications with minimal experience on an individual basis. Pay ranges from $15-$30 based on experience.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 7-4, with occasional Saturdays.

Experience using mig and stick welding is required. Work includes shop assembly and field fabrication. Work can be physically demanding. Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.

Must have Valid drivers license and transportation to and from work. Must pass drug screen for position.
