All of us at ESG hope that you have not been impacted by the storm… fortunately for us just one of our projects down south is without power; otherwise uneventful. We are here for you should you need us. Stay safe above all! Buildings can be repaired/replaced your health and life are more important!
Please read below for some tips on insurance claims process and why ESG and it’s trusted network of partners (roofers, remediators, and other contractors) are selected over and over again by several Home and Biz Owners, Property Managers, insurance adjusters and agents during recovery efforts.
Should anyone need or know someone who needs any recovery after the storm. Please reach out to us so we can assist with any of the following:
1. Properly document damage and assess beyond the insurance adjuster’s inspection *Being in a rush, they often miss many related issues.
2. Remediate short term damage and plan all repairs appropriately- thinking of the long term at same time. (Critical step)
3. Communicate and professionally handle the claim with insurance company and any consultants involved. (often Industrial Hygienist and/or Structural Building Specialists)
4. Handle insurance supplement approvals (up front) and keep out of pocket costs to a minimum or avoid them if possible.
5. Research local and state code compliance, building codes and potential upgrades needed due to repairs being done.
6. Professionally and efficiently handle the entire dry-in, remediation and reconstruction plan and process.
7. Schedule and manage all the trades involved and guarantee that they ALL finish in a timely manner and remain until the scope is complete. Document all warranty work.
Our approach: fast recovery - thorough planning - detailed documentation - exceptional finish!
You will not have a fly-by-night experience if you hire ESG for your recovery and as the qualifying GC, my personal approval and oversight is on EVERY project we take on!
Again, remain safe, steadfast and document everything.
Our best to you as you recover your communities! 🫡🙏🏽
