It's better to be safe and do things the right way when you have a rental property. It protects you from lawsuits, protects the renters occupying the unit, and could minimize damage in the event of a fire.

Saturday job needed a quick turn around. Dishwasher replacement, Washer discharge hose unkinked/adjusted, Dryer vent hose shortened/ unkinked/ and adjusted, install brackets for beach chairs. All in a short window. Thanks HB for the Calypso smash burger. It was delicious

Cant thInk of a better working Friday than under the shade of a Palm. Saved this palm from suffocating and increased clients curb appeal.
