Looking for an experienced painter for exterior and interior jobs. Must have own transportation to get to various locations throughout Bay, Gulf, and Walton counties. Must be able and willing to climb ladders that may exceed 20 feet. If you are worried about heights this position not for you! This is a 1099 contract position. Pay is based on experience. Must be able to arrive at job sites on time and ready to work.

Hiring an experienced painter and drywall person. Must have reliable own transportation. We have new construction homes in Bay, Gulf, and Walton counties (including Mexico beach area). Will need to be able to get to job sites daily. Interior and exterior painting. Immediately hiring. Typically Monday- Friday 7 am until 4 pm. Must be able to be to work on time, keep a clean work area, and work independently. This is a contract 1099 position. Serious inquiries with experience please.

Skilled Laborer wanted. Must have background in drywall, carpentry, deck building, trim, painting, etc. Will need to be able to read a tape measure, and use all tools associated with above jobs. Must have own transportation and able to travel to all jobs sites. We work in Bay, Walton, Gulf, Washington, and surrounding counties. We typically work Monday thru Thursday 7 till 4 and Friday half days, as work permits. Please only serious inquiries, and only if you have the necessary skills for this position. You will be required at times to work independently , and left on job sites to complete jobs. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Starting per hour will be $12- $14. MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION

Currently looking for a construction/maintenance helper would need to be familiar with tape measure and small handtools willing to train the right person must have own transportation we work from Gulf county to Okaloosa county and would need to get to job sites.  we work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM. This is a 1099 contract labor position.
