Mainline Construction in Panama City is seeking a full-time administrative assistant in the Project Management department. Ideal candidate will be required to answer, screen and forward phone calls for the department, keep and update project management calendar, and perform other clerical/admin duties such as preparing bid documents and monthly pay requests, data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing, organizing project files, obtaining COI and ROL for vendors and subcontractors etc. Must possess:
-Professional appearance
-Excellent Customer Service Skills.
-Computer Literacy, especially with WORD, Excel and Google Sheets
-Ability to multi-task.
-Ability to work without supervision.
-Data entry experience
-Quickbooks Accounting Software Exp a plus
