This is not an entry-level position. I’m looking for someone who can step in, take the lead, and get the job done right.

What I’m looking for:

* Experience with duct board and sheet metal
* Able to read blueprints and plans
* Able to properly size and lay out residential duct systems
* Capable of leading an install from start to finish
* Dependable and shows up every day ready to work
* Reliable transportation
* Drug-free
* Takes pride in their work and isn’t afraid to hustle

Top pay is available for the right person who truly fits this position.
