Todd,
The last 2 years have been... well, insane, haha. We believe that God has put us all right where we are supposed to be, in order for us all to stretch and grow in all of the areas we needed most. But it's not over yet! It is only the beginning.
We wanted to give you something meaningful to match what you have given to us as well. At first when we chose this gift all we knew about it was that you liked the American flag. But as time has passed we started to think about what this truly means to Eclipse.
The sacrifices you have made, the values you hold, and principals you have instilled into this company have given each of us freedom.

Do you have 3 or more years of carpentry experience and/or experience building decks and fences? Are you a natural-born leader? Do you pay attention to all the details, including the little ones?

If you’ve answered yes to all these questions we would like to talk to you. We’re looking for a Team Lead to manage fence, deck, and exterior construction projects.

About This Position
This position is critical to the success of our Eclipse team. You will be responsible for assisting Eclipse Management in daily operations including project management, quality control, training, punctuality, and safety. Candidates must possess extensive construction knowledge and know how to use all types of tools for building fences, decks, and landscape structures.

The Team Lead will provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customers’ and management’s expectations. The Team Lead will complete projects with minimal direction and effectively communicate with subordinates, peers and management.

Performance skills and qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• 3 years of construction foreman experience
• 3 years or more of carpentry experience
• High attention to detail and the ability to meet daily/weekly goals
• Ability to problem solve on the job site
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to manage a crew of 2-3 team members
• Must be able to pass a drug test, drug-free work environment

We’re looking for a General Laborer who wants to work with the Eclipse team. We are a growing company and looking for team members who can keep up with our high project demand. This is an entry-level position with the potential for promotion.

About This Position:
The General Laborer will help support the Eclipse Team Lead by focusing on daily tasks that help the Team Lead complete new construction lot cleans, construction debris clean up, and helping load/organize trucks.

Performance skills and qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a physically intense environment / Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High attention to detail
• Stoop, stand and bend for 8 hours or more a day
• Must be willing and able to work in various weather conditions (8-10) hours a day
• Performs all duties in an independent manner with minimal direction and supervision
• Must be able to pass a drug test, drug-free work environment
