Today we remember Wyatt Nunnery, a valued member of the ECSC underground crew.

Wyatt was known for his strong work ethic, friendly personality, and ability to strike up a conversation with just about anyone. Those who worked alongside him described him as smart, hardworking, and someone with a bright future ahead of him. One teammate shared that he “didn’t have a care in the world”—a reflection of the easygoing spirit that made him memorable to so many.

Wyatt’s contributions to our team and the friendships he built along the way will not be forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Rest easy, Wyatt. You will be missed by your ECSC family.

While out at our Project Gateway job in Bonifay, Allen Steverson spotted this little kitten stranded near the pond and made sure it got to safety. Moments like this remind us it’s not just about the work we do — it’s about the people behind it. We’re proud to have guys like Allen on the ECSC team.
