🔨 FROM 1976 TO 2026: The Master Suite Transformation! 🔨

​Talk about long overdue! This master bathroom hadn’t seen a major update in 50 years, but we finally gave it the modern, luxurious facelift it deserved.

​We stripped away the decades and completely reimagined the space. Here is a look at what went into this incredible transformation:

​New Walk-In Shower: Out with the old, in with a sleek, modern shower.

​Upgraded Lighting: Added a dedicated, waterproof light over the shower to completely brighten up the space.

​Stunning Mosaic Tile Floor: A gorgeous feature floor that adds incredible texture and timeless style.

​Modern Vanity: Sleek new storage, updated fixtures, and plenty of counter space.

​Master Bedroom Refresh: We carried the upgrade right into the bedroom with beautiful, durable Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring to tie the whole master suite together.

🏊‍♀️ Swimming Lessons! 🏊‍♂️

If your kids are in need of swim lessons this year, Leslie Home Improvements has provided a donation to help cover costs so that the kids can learn to swim and play safely! Reach out to the folks listed in the flyer for additional details.

Due to the needs coming in I will be making a sign up to help with distributing assistance funds. It will likely be the weekend before I have time (still at my full time job for a few more weeks). 🧑‍🎓SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT!🧑‍🎓

For a 2nd year Leslie Home Improvements has put together a scholarship opportunity for local high school seniors graduating this semester (Spring of 2026) This scholarship is different from a traditional monetary one. This scholarship offers (1) annual construction trade recipient with $1,000.00 worth of tools to students pursuing careers in construction related trades. Awarded to one high school senior per school year. This tool scholarship is designed to lessen the financial burden students face and allow them join the workforce of the craftsmen that make up the construction industry. The construction industry covers carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, painters, pipe fitters, sheet rockers, roofers, sheet metal workers, welders, etc. Find the application link below:

Requirements:
1.) Scholarship applicants must be enrolled and attending a local high school
2.) Aged (16) years or older
3.) Carry a status of "good standing"
4.) Must submit proof of acceptance to continuing education (apprenticeship, formal schooling, etc.)
5.) Applications must be submitted by 4:00 PM, Friday March 6th, 2026

🛠🪚Kitchen Transformation Day!🛠🪚

The revitalization of a home's central living space is always a significant undertaking. We have recently completed a remarkable farmhouse kitchen renovation, and we remain thoroughly impressed by the vast improvement.

Our customers sought to transition from a confined, 1970s-era configuration to an open, functional, and enduring design. By strategically relocating the refrigerator to an underutilized area and optimizing the dishwasher's placement, we have created a space that is ideal for both daily routines and family gatherings. Previously, the kitchen offered limited room for communal activities; now, it facilitates effortless movement and interaction.

Key elements of this transformation include:

1. The fixed peninsula was replaced with a versatile, sliding island. This innovative design allows the island to be repositioned within the kitchen, adapting to various functional requirements.

2. New lighting and electrical outlets were installed to enhance illumination, warmth, and safety within the kitchen environment.

3. Updated plumbing was implemented, replacing the original galvanized water piping, which exhibited approximately 90% blockage due to corrosion.

4. A new entry door and comprehensive insulation were installed throughout the kitchen area to substantially mitigate the previously prevalent drafts.
