Before Rain vs. After Rain 💧

This is a rock-lined drainage swale (aka Dry Bed) we installed to redirect surface water away from the property.

The second photo shows the project just after completion. The first photo is about a month later — after rainfall — and you can see the swale doing exactly what it’s designed to do:
✔ Capture runoff
✔ Control erosion
✔ Keep water away from the home

Before & After 💦

This recent project needed a perimeter pressure relief system (french drain) and was in desperate need of wall repair.

First we scrape and get rid of any loose or failing mortar then we repair and patch any holes before adding a protectant waterproofing sealant for a fresh clean and DRY basement.
