Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to professional growth have paid off, and we are proud to welcome them as members of the ElectriCom family!

Welcome to !

Last week at ElectriCom’s Training Center in Paoli, Indiana, we proudly welcomed six new team members during our New Employee Orientation. These dedicated individuals are stepping into critical roles that help connect rural communities with essential power and communication services.

We’re excited to welcome back to our Midwest South Telecom division, Aerial Lineman Kolten Dean, who will be working for Charlie Keys and Scotty Maynard.

Joining our Midwest KY/TN division, is Buried Telecom Groundsman Jackson McClain and Operator Dylan Lockwood. They will be working for John Franklin.

Also rejoining ElectriCom in our Power Buried division is Groundsman Justin Teeter. Justin will be working for Abbey Powers and Rex Miller.

Also joining our Power Buried division is Groundsman Milo Hills, he will also be working for Abbey Powers.
Adding to our Aerial Power division in the Southeast, is Class B Lineman Cameron Jennings.

Throughout the week, our new hires showcased their skills — demonstrating safe climbing techniques, rodding fiber, heavy equipment expertise, and their knowledge of power and communications systems. They also completed vital safety certifications with our safety team before heading out to their job sites.
