Fall Aeration & Overseeding in Omaha
We’re getting into one of the best times of year to work on your lawn in Omaha.
After the heat, dry stretches, mowing, and everyday traffic of a Nebraska summer, soil can get pretty compacted. Core aeration helps loosen things up and gives water, air, and nutrients a better path down to the roots.
We also offer overseeding with aeration, which is a great option for lawns that are looking a little thin, have bare areas, or just need some help filling back in.
Our Greenlife Gardens crews are now scheduling fall aeration and overseeding throughout Omaha, Papillion, Bellevue, Gretna, Elkhorn, Bennington, La Vista, and the surrounding area.

💧 A One-Day Transformation 💧
This fountain project started at 8:00 AM with a standard landscape bed and ended with a completely transformed outdoor focal point. Our team removed the existing landscape materials, reshaped the space, installed a decorative rock bed, added large natural stone steppers, and built a custom fountain feature that now serves as the centerpiece of the landscape. The combination of flowing water, natural stone, and thoughtful design creates a peaceful outdoor environment while adding visual interest and curb appeal to the property.

It’s amazing what can happen in a single day when great design and craftsmanship come together.

🌿 One year later... and still looking fantastic.

One of the best parts of what we do is revisiting projects after they’ve had time to grow and mature. This landscape renovation was completed about a year ago, and it’s rewarding to see how the plantings, stonework, and overall design have come together over time. A well-designed landscape shouldn’t just look great on installation day it should continue to improve season after season.
From the custom paver walkways and retaining walls to the carefully selected trees, shrubs, and perennial plantings, this Omaha property continues to provide curb appeal, beauty, and enjoyment for the homeowners.

This project has just about everything! 👀

About 6 weeks into this luxury backyard pool build, and our team is officially in the race to have it ready for a 4th of July party!

This one includes:
🪨 3,500 sq ft of pavers
💦 A large stone waterside mountain
🏡 A two story cabana pool house
🔥 Two fire pits and 3 fire bowl rocks
🍔 An Outdoor Kitchen
♨️ A Sunken Hot Tub

It’s been a huge collaboration between our landscape, hardscape, pool, and outdoor living crews, and honestly one of the most exciting backyard transformations we’ve been a part of in the Omaha area.

Now it’s time to bring it home over the next few weeks! 💪
