Hiring: Experienced Bilingual Lead Construction Personnel
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and skilled English or Bilingual Construction Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who is eager to take on leadership responsibilities and demonstrate their expertise in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and Lead Teams: Schedule crews, oversee day-to-day construction activities, and ensure efficient operations on-site.
• Safety and Compliance: Call in locates, manage safety inspections, and ensure all safety regulations are met, including working with city inspectors.
• Construction Expertise: Assist with concrete work, direct the use of construction equipment, and ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
• Collaboration: Work closely with field supervisors to continuously learn and grow in the field.
Qualifications:
• Required:
◦ Valid Driver’s License (DL)
◦ Clean Background Check
◦ CDL potential (or current CDL)
◦ Ability to pass drug testing
◦ Experience in construction or a related field
• Preferred:
◦ OSHA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
◦ CPR Certification
◦ Experience operating construction equipment, such as skid steers, sky tracks, excavators, backhoes, dozers, etc.
◦ Familiarity with calling in locates and working with safety inspections and city inspectors.
◦ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
