Standing seam in Paradise. Full tear-off, deck inspected, then dark bronze from ridge to eave.
No exposed fasteners anywhere on the field. Zero.
Because an exposed-fastener roof is a few hundred holes punched through your roof on purpose, each one plugged with a rubber washer. Rubber dries out. Around year twelve, you find out.
This one doesn't have the holes.
