❄️Extreme winter weather like we’ve had can wreak havoc on flat roofs commonly found on businesses/commercial buildings. Keep an eye on your store’s ceiling tiles for any new water spots, especially as the temperature comes back up. As snow melts, water finds and seeps into any cracks in the roof. As the temp drops overnight, that water freeze and expands, opening those cracks even wider.👎🏻

Don’t ignore the signs and let a relatively small leak turn into drywall repair/repainting! Give the Pros a call today!
