I should probably wait for the professional photos but the High West kitchen is almost done and I couldn’t resist sharing!! A few photos/videos from my phone to show how much this space has transformed. We had fun with this one!

The original kitchen was small for the size of the home so we took over one of the living spaces to create a much larger, more functional kitchen. The old kitchen is now a butler’s pantry.

The Crestwood is officially SOLD. 🤍

This one is a little bittersweet. We put a lot into making this house feel like itself again—keeping what was good, reworking what wasn’t, and giving it a new life without losing the 1970’s character that made us love it in the first place.

We’re so happy for the new owners and excited for them to make it their own. Huge thank you to Steinman & Co. Real Estate for navigating multiple offers and getting this under contract in one weekend. A wonderful friend and expert in his field.

On to the next one. We’ll miss this home!
