This proposed luxury golf course community development located 2 hours from Dallas, includes a mix of cottage and custom lot products situated on the shore of a beautiful Lake. Amenities include an 18 hole ‘kid friendly’ golf course and clubhouse, marina, pool complex, tennis courts, and open spaces.

Spring Valley Ranch is a proposed luxury golf course community development located near Carbondale, Colorado. The 6000 acre site features 577 custom home sites, an 18 hole golf course including a 9 hole ‘kid friendly’ walking course, golf clubhouse, equestrian center, maintenance facility including employee housing, and extensive open space and trail systems. A community village will provide a general store and post office, swim center, and spa.

These luxury villa residences are located within the Canyons at Bighorn golf community in Palm Desert, CA. Three unit types were generated and are clustered around a central water feature and practice putting course. The landscape of each unit is seamlessly integrated into the surrounding native desert environment.

Empire Pass is a luxury ski-in/ ski-out community development located within the Deer Valley Ski Resort. The streetscape seamlessly integrated into the surrounding mature alpine forest landscape while the monumentation, signage, and lighting were designed to tie into the community’s refined mountain architecture. We were also involved in master planning studies, visual analysis, as well as development of lot diagrams for all custom home sites.

This luxury residence was carefully sited to preserve the many magnificent mature Live Oak trees, while integrating the desired program elements. The courtyard features native flagstone with planted joints, crafted stone walls, built-in BBQ, and a raised plunge pool and fountain.
