Phase 2 of this garage renovation is all about the prep. The original floor was breaking down and holding water in all the wrong places. We spent the time to level everything out so this floor can drain better and be ready to accept a high performance floor coating next.

Garage Renovation Phase 1: 3 days of demo to remove this old mastic coating. We grinded, we scraped, we pulled strips of coating out and we’re grinding again today so we can repair cracks and divets in preparation for the next phase.
