EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full or Part Time openings

JOB TITLE: Landscape Laborer

Qualifications
• 1 year minimal experience in the field preferred
• Must be 17+ years old
• Ability to conduct business and effectively always communicate In a professional manner
• Extended periods of walking outside on construction job work
sites for duration of shift
• Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, grabbing, shoveling
• Lifting/carrying up to 70+ lbs.

Benefits
• Competitive pay of $16- $22 per hour (Based on experience)
• 401k Match after 1 year if working 24 hours a week or more.
• Year-round Employment Available (Snow Plowing and shoveling in the winter time. Sometimes demelition work.
• Growth Opportunities - Develop into a Foreman/ Supervisor
Responsibilities
• Our Landscape Laborers work usually in crews to provide
superior lawn care, Landscaping and or Hardscape's to our clients with on site training with equipment over time.
• Responsible for operating safely and delivering quality service
• Safely operating powered tools/equipment
• Plant and prune shrubs, bushes, and flowers
• Pressure washing
• Unloading and loading trucks/ trailers everyday
