Wrapped up this project in Westwood, New Jersey that we started back in May. It was a full gut renovation that included adding an entirely new second story and attic, and also an addition off the rear of the house to create an eat-in kitchen. Finished up this master bathroom renovation in Montclair. This house was built in 1913 which obviously created some challenges. I certainly spent a decent amount of time staring and scratching my head over here. But now after all the hard work and determination, there exists a master bathroom and a powder room on the first floor where there was neither before we began.
Very pleased with how this one turned out. Credit goes to the owner for her unique and carefully crafted design ideas. Certainly going to miss my friend, Mable, the family German short-haired pointer, who kept me company and tried to eat my lunch everyday.

Recently completed kitchen renovation in Park Ridge. We removed a wall to create a large scale 'eat-in' compared to the original kitchen and separate dining room layout. We added a new sliding glass door and window. The project features by Forino Cabinets, Park Ridge along with quartz countertops and a very sleek white backsplash. Personally, I think the floor tile is the most badass upgrade here. Such a unique look. We also used grout for the first time here and fair to say we crushed it. Thanks to all those who helped! You know who you are!

Wrapping up this master bath and walk-in closet addition in Montclair. We added a second story over the first floor sunroom to create a proper master suite and add a second full bath to this house. I'm particularly happy about this project because I was hired not only to manage the construction but also to play the role of designer. Not bad design for a first attempt, am I right?😉🤣

These are the days when I remember why I love my job. I had a plan, we followed it, and executed. Started the day by removing the roof over this sun room and we framed up the new master bath and walk-in closet. I knew it was going to rain tonight too, so fortunately everybody worked hard and did what they had to do to get the new structure watertight before sunset. It was a long day, but such a productive one. It would have been nice to get the windows in too, but hey, at least I know what I'll be doing on Monday. Enjoy the rest of the weekend folks and !

Things are moving along nicely, inside and out, at the . All our roughs are complete, we are insulated to the max, and started sheetrocking. Siding should be going up early next week and we can start buttoning up the outside. We should be finished spackle inside by the end of next week just in time to start banging in the hardwood floors, trim, cabinets, and tile! Full-throttle from here out!
