Modern living in the heart of Lincoln Square.

Designed by Neri Architects, this contemporary mixed-use building at Western and Lawrence features ground-floor retail, underground parking, and four floors of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with in-unit laundry.

Light-gray brick, limestone-toned framing, dark metal accents, expansive windows, and private balconies create a sophisticated design with depth and strong street presence—all steps from the Western Brown Line and the best of Lincoln Square.

From Ranch to Dream Home.

This thoughtfully designed transformation reimagines a traditional ranch into a timeless custom residence. Striking front-facing gables, expansive black-framed windows, clean horizontal siding, and painted brick create a sophisticated modern exterior with classic architectural character. A welcoming covered front porch, warm exterior lighting, and carefully layered landscaping complete the inviting curb appeal, while the added second story provides generous living space without sacrificing the home's original footprint.

Every detail was designed to enhance beauty, functionality, and lasting value—proving that with the right vision, your dream home may already be where you live.
