Process...to promise ✍️💯

Sizable rock bed restoration (15 fence posts long across & 15' wide, 5 fence posts down slope off the retaining wall to the gates on each side): all cobblestone manually cherry-picked out for separation & river rock removed by bucket as well, repurposed clean for eventual resituation; all fabric removed for eventual new reinstallation; all edging removed for new replacement; under the old fabric, two sizable pine tree stumps completely extracted with wire mesh & burlap sack; soil grated clean; irrigation assessed, repaired, replaced as needed. No shortcuts, no quick fixes, no gloss over, no lip stick on this pig.

Why restore, as in remove, repurpose & resituate, your existing xeriscape gravel or stones? Because a mere 2.5 tons of newly delivered 1.5"-2" Arkansas river rock comes with the fine print disclaimer of a whopping "20% to 40%" fines (dirt). It's been a challenge to get much cleaner rock delivered from just about every industrial rock company in the county. If this is what is being installed atop your new w**d barrier, how long will it take for the w**ds to return to overrun your newly xeriscaped rock beds with this soil-laden advantage? As depicted here, my crew sifted out nearly 4 wheelbarrows of dirt from the aforementioned delivery: nearly 3/4 ton of unwanted dirt charged instead of actual rock. And, no, you can't just hose the rocks clean with this much dirt already in it once installed; w**d barrier is like a coffee filter, the dirt will remain.

Ephraim Cruz Landscaping ensures we blow your existing rocks clean before resituating their re-installation atop w**d barrier replacement.

Oh, yeah, I took the dirt right back to the distributor; not my dumping co$t. You betcha. 😉

Transitions to xeriscape after two costly full sod replacements on this sizable front lawn didn't take the past 5 years. First phases were creating a dry white cobblestone creek between neighbors (whose front yards I've also xeriscaped), a curbside perimeter with western river rock and a heart-shaped Arkansas river rock bed for future planting. The next phase will be to mulch the dying middle and add xeriscape plants. The healthier ends of the lawn under the tree and opposite side will remain...for now.

We cleaned out all the window wells of of w**ds run amuck as well, mitigating the posing fire hazard.

Full perimeter overhaul of this property in The Meadows within its original landscape layouts.

Backyard: all vegetation (trees, bushes, etc.) extracted; sod removed for medium nugget bark mulch; irrigation disengaged; edging replaced; all river rock removed, repurposed & resituated; and underlying w**d barrier replaced. Full perimeter residential overhaul (front & back): sod removal (front & back) with reinstall already in the front only (HOA rules 🤷); irrigation updated in the front, disabled for the back; most vegetation, including Aspen trees & numerous varied bushes extracted throughout; all rock beds being restored to replace underlying w**d barrier & edging, repurposing/resituating all river rock; breeze pathway to backyard removed. Property is being restored to simplicity with only planting in the front, but it'll be clean & snake rampant-free, again. Neighbors have commented on the sod renewal installment & thanked us for bringing the property into aesthetic alignment with its neighbors.
