A workplace designed for connection, collaboration, and comfort. ✨

Completed for Gary Community Ventures in collaboration with SAR+ Architects, FIRSTRACKS PM, and TRE, this project transformed a white-boxed floor into a warm, hospitality-inspired workplace that reflects Gary’s mission of creating greater opportunity for Colorado kids and families.

From the welcoming reception and central gathering hub to flexible collaboration spaces, private offices, and conference rooms, every detail was designed to support connection and community. Natural wood, layered textures, integrated lighting, open ceilings, and expansive glass bring warmth and character throughout the space.

We’re proud to have been part of the team that brought Gary Community Ventures’ new workplace to life.

Another successful project delivered! i2 Construction is proud to have completed Helly Hansen's new office in Denver. This first generation tenant finish transformed the space into a modern, collaborative workplace featuring open work areas, conference rooms, a showroom, private offices, and custom storage solutions. Warm wood finishes, polished concrete floors, custom millwork, striking feature walls, and thoughtfully integrated lighting create a space that is both functional and visually distinctive.

Designed to reflect Helly Hansen's Scandinavian heritage and performance-driven culture, the office blends functionality, collaboration, and thoughtful design to create a workplace that supports the people behind the brand.

We're proud to have partnered with Helly Hansen, Continuum Partners, CBRE, and IA Interior Architects to bring this vision to life.

With just two months until our 9th Annual Chipping in for Charities Golf Tournament, we’re still looking for corporate hole sponsors and silent auction donations to help us make this year’s event our biggest impact yet.

Project Spotlight – USPI Peak Gastroenterology ASC

Showcasing how existing spaces can be reimagined to meet the evolving needs of healthcare, the USPI Peak Gastroenterology ASC project transformed a former restaurant into a modern ambulatory surgery center and clinic.

Completed in two phases, the renovation included significant MEP upgrades to support the specialized requirements of a state-of-the-art medical facility and ambulatory surgery center. Delivered in partnership with Healthcare Realty, CBRE, and E4H Architecture, this project reflects the power of collaboration, thoughtful planning, and creative problem-solving to bring complex healthcare spaces to life.
