"Your home was built for who you were then. Here's how we help it fit who you are now."
We recently wrapped up a major transformation right here in Denver. The homeowners loved their location, but two poorly placed staircases and an underused tandem garage made the layout feel disjointed for their current lifestyle.
Instead of moving, we partnered with them to completely rethink the home's flow:
Staircase Reconfiguration: We removed two existing staircases and installed a single, custom central staircase to unify the level.
Functional Mudroom: We converted the tandem garage into a custom-built mudroom to manage daily entry and organization.
Detached Garage: To replace the parking and storage, we built a new detached garage on the property.
If it was my house, this is what I would do: prioritize daily functionality while protecting the property’s value. Throughout the entire project, the homeowners had total visibility. They received daily CompanyCam photo logs, weekly Friday progress updates, and 360° LIDAR scans before framing started.
When you treat the client as a true partner and bring in the finest local Trade Partners, the build process becomes clear and enjoyable.
