Sometimes the biggest landscape improvements aren't additions—they're restorations.

This Parkland homeowner reached out looking to restore the foundation beds that once framed the front entrance of this beautiful estate. Over time, the beds were removed, leaving the architecture without the landscape elements originally intended to complement it.

Our goal is to create a design that enhances curb appeal, restores balance, and highlights the home's impressive architectural features.

Stay tuned as we develop the restoration concept and bring this entry back to life.

Sunday Project Update – Regency Lakes, Coconut Creek

Some of the most important work happens at the end of the day.

A quality landscape project isn't just about plants, edging, or design—it's also about attention to detail. Before leaving this Regency Lakes property, our team took the time to clean the work area, remove debris, and prepare the site for the next phase of the landscape refresh.

We're proud to be restoring a landscape originally designed and installed years ago by Michael Squillace while preserving the character and intent of the original design.

Some landscapes are worth preserving.

Years ago, Michael Squillace designed and installed this landscape in Regency Lakes, Coconut Creek. Today, we’re back to restore and refresh the property while preserving the original design intent.

Over time, routine lawn maintenance and normal wear can impact landscape edging, bed definition, and overall appearance. This project focuses on repairing damaged edging, redefining landscape beds, and bringing the property back to the clean, intentional look it was originally designed to have.

A well-designed landscape doesn’t always need to be replaced. Sometimes it simply needs the right care to restore its character.

A great landscape starts with a plan, but it comes to life through proper installation and attention to detail.

This aerial view captures a recent artificial turf installation in Fox Ridge, Parkland, Florida. Artificial turf continues to be a popular option for homeowners looking to create a clean, consistent appearance while reducing ongoing maintenance requirements.

Every property is different, which is why proper site preparation, drainage planning, grading, and installation techniques are critical to long-term performance.

June marks the beginning of South Florida's rainy season, but that doesn't mean irrigation systems should be ignored.

One of the most common issues we find is sprinkler heads spraying sidewalks, driveways, and streets instead of turf and planting beds. Proper coverage helps reduce water waste, promotes healthier landscapes, and protects your investment.

This irrigation system was adjusted and optimized at a property in Heron Bay to improve coverage and efficiency.

A beautiful landscape isn't just installed — it's maintained.

One of the biggest differences between an average property and an exceptional one is consistency. Regular maintenance helps preserve plant health, improve curb appeal, and protect the investment you've made in your outdoor space.

This mature South Florida landscape continues to thrive because of proper pruning, irrigation monitoring, and ongoing attention to detail.

The small things add up over time.

Rainy season is almost here in South Florida 🌧️

One of the most common mistakes we see is homeowners waiting until water is standing in the yard before addressing drainage issues.

By the time puddling, erosion, dying turf, or foundation concerns appear, the problem has often been developing for months.

Proper grading, drainage planning, catch basins, and landscape design all work together to help move water away from your home and outdoor living spaces.

The best time to address drainage issues is before the rainy season arrives.
