Got one in before the store came.... we replaced all of the rotting fascia board, rotting roof decking boards, removed the old 3-tab shingles, installed new drip edge and architectural shingles (30 yr shingles), painted the shutters, and cleaned up the job debris. This home did a 360 on us it's amazing how much you can change a home by just doing necessary home improvements. Thanks to my favorite contractor Silva for the work and we look forward to the next project.
