One of the areas oldest plumbing companies is looking for an office assistant/secretary. We have been in business Since 1922 and strive to have exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone to join our team!

Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. Person in this position requires a positive attitude, neat, clean and professional appearance and strong people skills.

- Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions.

- Must be interested in long term employment

- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office A MUST.

- Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable.

- Ability to self motivate and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

- Billing, filing, mailing & tracking of our ad campaigns.

- Position will start out as part time & then move to full time, see the schedule list below.

- 36-40 hours per week, must be able to work Saturdays.

(Full time schedule is Mon-Fri 10am - 6pm with Wednesdays off & Saturdays 8am - 1pm, must also have the ability to cover shifts when needed.)

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

- Scheduling customers and dispatching of the technicians.
