Starting this Monday off with a bang.

Our first client of the day. WHOOP WHOOP!

"Great customer service - he called as soon as I put in the request, he asked me questions and I sent a picture of the panel, etc - basically he saved me time and money by doing this, got the parts, and brought it over the following day, installed it, and my AC is working again (the breaker was for the AC). Also, he installed a whole home surge protector (which I wanted) as this would prevent future surges and damages to appliances/electronics/AC/etc. He did an absolutely fantastic job, was polite, and saved me time and money. I will definitely be hiring him again."

Happy Tuesday!

Boy have we been busy busy busy!

The world is slowly getting back to normal and in a matter of days our schedule exploded!

We were not ready for the rush, especially with our employees furloughed.

I wanted to hop on today and share another awesome review. This one is extremely special to us!

Why?

We have been working our butts off to make sure every job is completed and our clients are satisfied. Ashton has been leaving at 6 every morning and hasn't been getting home until 7-8 most nights.

It has just been myself in the office, Ashton in the field doing 3-4 peoples worth of jobs and our helper Kirk. By the end of the day we have felt like we are falling short. Mostly because we are all so exhausted and don't have time to have our normal meetings to organize ourselves.

With all this going on, one of our clients left us an amazing review. This was a gift for so many reasons! Mostly because it gave us that fire back. We are pushing our feelings of exhaustion and defeat aside and powering through.

"Ashton completed a detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done. He took the time to explain what needed to be replaced. I decided to use his company because of his great reviews. He gave an excellent price for his services which were well within my budget. He arrived on time for all appointments and his office staff makes sure to keep me informed of all activities. He was on time for the scheduled service day. He left everything clean. He called when the service was completed and explained everything that was completed. I would highly recommend his company. As a matter of fact we have already contracted with him to install a secondary security system."
