We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this hardwood floor buffing project of the South Pasadena Masonic Lodge 290. We buffed the hardwood flooring of this historical building. This removed all the imperfections on the finish and we recoated it after with a fresh coat of polyurethane finish, to revive the beauty of the floors.

With California passing Senate Bill 9 in early September 2021, homeowners are getting more keen on building on their homes. Senate Bill 9 allows homeowners to rent out their home for up to 120 days at a time without having it considered their primary residence. This bill is meant to help with the increasing demand for home rentals in the city of Los Angeles. The home remodeling industry has also contributed an abundance of jobs, which Senate Bill 9 has helped in providing more.

With this pandemic that's only getting worse every day, there is an increased need for Los Angeles ADUs or garage conversions.
