(Were not the company to call to spread caulk)
Another "we have had 4 people repair this over the past 10 years"
What we found was 2 layers of step flashing with nails exposed, a layer for metal nail on top, previous siding just covered with vinyl siding and no house wrap.

We takem back to the bones, start fresh so its 100% right.

Muiltiple attempts from previous contractors to waterproof this wall all failed. We had to strip it to the bones, flash and properly secure all the trim to the walls. The previous trim was all installed with 18 gauge trim nails. Those are good for temporary support but ultimatly need to be screwed to the framing

💧 Water damage 💧
A simple refrigerator Water line caused the floor to swell and expand. Ruining the floor, pushing the exterior wall out and damaging cabinets.
We were able to work with the insurance company to get this home put back together like new.

🌳🏡Insurance claim🔨🛠
A tree fell on this clients house. We got a new roof, gutter and facia approved. While there, they asked if we could build them a porch awning. It was a long week but the job is completed and everyone is happy 😁😁

Bay window install
The home owner didn't want to replace siding so we finished with azek and trimmed it out.
