Juan Carlos Munoz was the winner of this month’s Incentive Program. Juan Carlos was presented with a $50 gift card from Lowe’s and a tasty Gyro lunch for the whole crew at the Harris County Precinct 1 Service Center project. Juan Carlos winning idea was to make our daily jobsite housekeeping efforts more consistent every day and every week, because a clean and organized site is a safer site and a more productive site. Our Chairman, Roy Pombrol, was at hand along with our Operations Manager, Juan Romero, to receive our 's recognition as from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Greater Houston for our Management System. We went from silver to diamond, the highest level, in just one short year. This is a testament to the hard work and commitment to safety of our people.

Alexander Winters was the winner of this month’s Incentive Program. David was presented with a $50 gift card from Lowe’s and a taco lunch for the whole crew at Intuitive Machines project.
Alexander’s winning idea was to increase the daily awareness of job hazards. The crew keeps JHA’s but they are done electronically at this job site. Alexander’s idea led the foreman to print them regularly, post them and give them to the crew so they can check the JHA’s regularly not only on the tablets but also where they are working, and suggest updates more often.
