The grade is perfect and the blade is dialing it in. There’s something satisfying about watching dirt get smoothed out in one pass. The crew has been crushing it on this project. Huge shoutout to the operators making it look easy. 👏 It is great to work with the East Columbia Irrigation District on their new pumping plant scheduled to be on line next year. This will provide irrigation water to thousands of acres.

Recently, a student driver met a fire hydrant, and well....things escalated quickly. 🚗💧

Monday morning after the incident, we received a call from the Port of Walla Walla for help to replace the damaged hydrant and get water service back up and running for Burwood Brewing Company. We mobilized right away, tracked down a replacement from HD Fowler Company (not exactly something you keep on the shelf), and had everything repaired and the water back on by that afternoon.

Quick response. Solid teamwork. Problem solved.

Today a community member showed us a text message from someone pretending to represent our company. The scammer was asking them to send a gift card so they could supposedly buy work clothes for the “new employee.”

🚨 THIS IS A SCAM.
C&E will NEVER ask anyone to send gift cards, money, or payments through text messages, social media, or unofficial channels.

If you receive a message claiming to be from us that:
• Requests gift cards or money
• Creates urgency or pressure
• Comes from an unfamiliar phone number or account

👉 Please do not respond or send anything.

Instead:
✅ Contact us directly through our official phone number or website to verify
✅ Report the message as spam
✅ Warn friends and family — scammers are targeting local communities

We care about our customers and neighbors and want everyone to stay safe. If something feels off, trust your instincts and double-check before sending money.

🎉 Huge congratulations to Pro Made Homes on their ribbon cutting for the new townhomes in the beautiful Columbia Shores Community! It’s always exciting to see more growth and opportunity right here in Pasco. 🏡✨

We’ve enjoyed working with Pro Made Homes in the past — especially on their Riesling development, which was such a fun and successful project to be part of.

The celebration included a few fun surprises —
🐶Benton-Franklin Humane Society showed up with the most adorable puppies rocking their little sweaters (seriously… instant heart-melters).

🍪 And The Four Little Whisks absolutely blew everyone away with their custom printed cookies! Just snap a pic, email it over, and BOOM — your face on a cookie while you stand there. 😄
