At Fenix Construction, we’re on a mission to protect this beautiful barndominium from its feathered foes! 🐦💥 Our expert team is diligently installing new sheet metal along all soffits and lean-to areas to ensure that pesky woodpeckers find a new hobby!

But don’t worry, no woodpeckers were harmed in the making of this renovation! We believe in diplomacy, not retaliation. After all, they only wanted to be part of the renovation team! 😂

🚧🔨 Breaking News! Our fearless leader Sam is considering going back to trade school (we’re not sure if he’s learning to fix his own coffee machine or mastering the art of HVAC), while our amazing team is busy tackling a small project for Charter College Pasco! Charter College🏫💨

We’re building a walkway for staff and students in the HVAC program to easily transition between the classroom and training lab—because who doesn’t want a smooth path to knowledge? 😂

A huge shoutout to our partner, Mike Thorn of Thorn Construction Group, for trusting us with this task! Together, we’re making strides in education and construction (and hopefully teaching Sam a thing or two along the way)!

🏗️✨ At Fenix Construction, our primary focus isn’t necessarily trash removal, but we understand it’s often a crucial step in flipping dilapidated or foreclosed properties for our clients. Today we are starting a challenging project that had been home to a large group of squatters for several years.

Before any remodel work can begin, we will be making 10+ dump runs to ensure the property is clean and ready for transformation.
