Hello to any and all that may be interested. Thought I would share where I am now...to old friends as well as folks looking for the right lawn service. I just might be him.
We are quickly filling up..I'm pretty sure at this point that I will continue on being an owner/operator (with a couple employees) vs growing the business to the point where I have crews mowing my accounts for me..lots of downside with quality labor being a big hurdle.
I say all that to say this. We need 1 more day to be full. Once full, I don't think at this point I would want to grow past my job site presence. I would prefer work in the Zhills DC area but we do have a route now that goes through PC ending in Valrico. If you would like to find a quality Lawn care company for the long term, now may be the time for you to act. "sounded a bit like a sales pitch but its really not...kinda the real deal here."
Consider your Churches, places of business or any commercial property you might know of that is in need of a quality property maintenance service. We are built and set up to handle mid sized commercial accounts and I would love to start that last day with a nice sized commercial. I havent asked but am pretty sure I could give any of the property managers I work for as references if needed.
Give us a call if we can be of service. One caveat though. If your only concern is price, I'm probably not the guy your looking for. I care and show it. I have all the insurances, licenses and pay my taxes. I do my best to give you a great experience for your money and believe that you will see a trouble free experience with someone you can trust is often better than underpriced.
