Talk about a facelift! This outstanding bathroom renovation brought to life the homeowner’s vision and reinvigorated their Kennewick 1950’s home. It wasn’t without its challenges, but we are so pleased with the outcome!

The only things that remained in their original place in this bathroom were the shower and the door leading to the master bedroom. We started by rotating the toilet to make room for a larger shower. Then we moved the sink to a different wall allowing the bathroom to feel more open and inviting. We modified an existing piece of Mid-Century Modern furniture and fitted it with a marble top to create an exquisite vanity area. Finally we replaced their existing standard door with a pocket door to create even more space.

With the house being from the 50’s, we ran into extensive damage requiring repair and found that a previous remodel did not support the extended use of their shower. We brought in Ed Redwing with Redwing Construction to work on the homeowner's specific tile design, Jeff with Express Plumbing for all of the plumbing work, and Fernandez Drywall handled all of the taping and texturing. Our partners are incredible and we are so grateful for their support. The homeowners are very pleased with their new bathroom!

This homeowner had been using cheaper metal gazebos for several years and found they simply did not last in the Tri-Cities. From the heat of the summer to the cold of winter, it didn’t take long before they found themselves with another ruined gazebo needing replacement. Frustrated by the cycle, they bit the bullet & invested in a kit from YardCraft based in Pennsylvania. NGW’s task was to remove the old unit and assemble the new cedar octagon gazebo. The YardCraft kit came with nearly everything needed to complete this build and the assembly went fairly smooth, until the homeowners decided they wanted a second entrance which required additional parts. These units do not come with roofing materials so after deciding on a color, we worked on installing the shingles and completing the look of this classic design. This gazebo is incredibly sturdy and will stand the test of time, giving the homeowners years of enjoyment their previous gazebos could not provide them with.

They loved the work so much they asked us to return and install electrical for interior lights as well as a fan that can be controlled from a switch on the post. These upgrades elevated their outdoor space and now they can relax outdoors in a piece built to last!

During one of the Columbia Basin's notoriously gnarly windstorms in early 2022, the canopy attached to the fascia of this garage (the area of siding directly above the soffit) was torn off. The homeowner called us in to repair the fascia, and strengthen the existing structures for a future canopy installment. We removed all the damaged materials then reinforced the soffit area behind the fascia. Finally we installed new fascia & caulked all of the seams. We're happy with how it turned out & the homeowners agreed!

This is built into a Richland 1940’s home that had been modified several years ago. There was a closet just as you walked in the front door that the homeowners were not satisfied with; they wanted something usable for their young growing family. We called on our trusty friends over at Wolfe’s Wood, and came up with this built in shiplap design that incorporated shelves and cubbies to keep everything organized and separated. Thank you again Roy at Wolfe’s Wood for their help in the design and materials.
