Parents are not pawns. Children are not weapons.

Every time a child is unnecessarily separated from a loving, safe parent, there can be real emotional consequences. Families deserve decisions based on facts, evidence, and the best interests of the child not assumptions, rumors, or personal agendas.

I will continue advocating for due process, transparency, and accountability in every case where concerns are raised. Children deserve honesty. They deserve stability. And they deserve adults who put their well-being above conflict.

If false statements or misleading allegations are being used to influence decisions affecting children, those actions should be carefully examined through the proper legal process. Accountability matters because the lives and mental health of children matter.

I will not stop speaking up for families. I will not stop asking questions. And I will not stop advocating for a system that protects children by seeking the truth.

Enough is enough. Put the children first

Breaking:

A courtroom was exposed to dangerous levels of evidence today.

Several unsupported claims were unable to survive the encounter.

Congratulations to Mr. Patel.

Thoughts and prayers to everyone who wasn’t expecting facts to show up.

When the news station invites me for an interview and asks for documentation…

Me arriving like:

🚛 “The first truck is emails.”
🚛 “The second truck is court records.”
🚛 “The third truck is for the people who said I was making it up.”

It took federal authorities to secure a 15-year prison sentence.

Think about that for a moment.

For years, there were criminal cases, court appearances, attorneys, hearings, plea agreements, dismissals, and countless taxpayer dollars spent. Yet it was ultimately a federal investigation that resulted in a sentence that will keep this individual off the streets for 15 years.

I’m not a prosecutor. I’m not a judge. I’m not a police officer.

But I am a taxpayer, and I think it’s fair to ask questions.

How much money was spent over the years on repeated court proceedings?

What lessons can our local justice system learn from this case?

Are we getting the outcomes our communities deserve from the resources we’re funding?

Accountability isn’t about attacking people. It’s about asking whether our systems are working as intended and whether public safety is truly being protected.

These are conversations every community should be willing to have.

I wasn’t going to respond to this review, but I decided I would.

Over the last several weeks, as I’ve spoken publicly about concerns affecting our community, I’ve received criticism, threats, and now what I believe is a review from someone who has never been a customer.

For those who know me and know Gutter Girl, you know I don’t sell people services they don’t need. I do not replace gutters that are in good condition. If gutters are severely damaged and cleaning won’t solve the problem, I tell homeowners that upfront. Honesty has always been the foundation of my business.

I also don’t create “write-ups” to pressure people into buying new gutters. My job is to provide an honest assessment and let homeowners make informed decisions.

As business owners, we should all understand the importance of truthful reviews. Reviews are meant to help consumers make informed choices, not to spread inaccurate information.

To every customer who has trusted Gutter Girl over the years, thank you. Your support, referrals, and feedback speak louder than any false accusation ever could.

“She states this will be my downfall”

This is a child I am incredibly proud of.

Over the last year, he has endured more than any child should have to endure. He has experienced conflict, court proceedings, adult decisions, and circumstances that no child should ever have to carry.

Despite it all, he continues to know the difference between right and wrong. He pays attention. He asks questions. He sees more than many people realize.

As a parent, one of the hardest things to hear was when he told me that he felt like he could not talk to the adults who were supposed to help him because he did not believe anything would be done. No child should ever feel that way.

I watched his grades fall from a 4.0 student to struggling academically during one of the most difficult periods of his life. Instead of asking what might be happening, too many people seemed willing to accept the change without looking deeper.

As a parent, that raises difficult questions.

Were concerns recognized?

Were they documented?

Were they properly addressed?

Did the adults responsible for protecting children have the information they needed to act?

These are questions I believe deserve answers.

Children rely on teachers, counselors, administrators, and other mandated reporters to be attentive when a child is struggling or expressing concerns. Those responsibilities exist for a reason.

One day this child will be an adult. He will have his own voice and his own story to tell. Until then, I will continue asking questions and advocating for accountability.

My goal has never been to attack people. My goal is to ensure that when children are struggling, adults pay attention.

Because children deserve to be heard.

Children deserve to be protected.

And no child should ever feel like their concerns do not matter.

People ask me all the time, “What has your movement actually accomplished?”

I can only tell you what I have personally observed.

I have seen judges acknowledge from the bench that they are uncomfortable filling in documents themselves because they know people are watching.

I have seen judges disclose conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from cases where conflicts are present.

I have seen attorneys asked to provide actual evidence before children are removed from safe and loving parents.

I have seen cases moved to other jurisdictions such as Pullman and Yakima to address concerns about fairness and impartiality.

I have seen more discussions about due process, proper service, and the rights of self-represented litigants than I ever saw before.

These are not special favors.

These are protections that should exist for every family, every parent, and every child.

This movement was never about one person.

It is about ordinary citizens paying attention.

It is about parents refusing to be silenced.

It is about demanding transparency, accountability, and equal application of the law.

The message is simple:

When the public pays attention, institutions pay attention.

Keep watching.
Keep documenting.
Keep asking questions.

Because accountability is not an attack on justice.

It is how justice is protected.
