In the end many pay more. They hire the guy that doesn't know and then pay a professional to fix. No savings. Hire the professional in the first place and............savings of not having it done twice.

Hello to those reading this. We continue to be out there in the trenches everyday taking care of our customers. Everything from new construction, to remodels, add on-s, can lites etc.

All this keeps us hustling.

Been awhile since I posted. As always things are staying busy. The hot electrical items of the moment are remodel recessed light installs. Also changing or adding bath fans.

Prices are going up on a few items (pvc and wire) but a lot are staying steady. Some supply issues (getting things that may be out of stock or delayed) but we are dealing with it and not to many issues that have sidetracked us in a major way.

I have lived in SLO county for 41 years and I have never seen construction, in all trades, so busy. We are taking calls as always but it just may be a bit of time getting on the schedule. Thanks.

This is my son's business. Unlike some Home Inspectors, who have no experience in the trades, my son has worked in the Trades for quite some time now. He has many happy customers. If you or someone you know is buying or selling, give him a call!!

We are very busy this time of year and Santa is helping out on the bender for us!!

Last week I listened to a webinar on the coming 2020 changes to code. There are going to be quite a few that are taking us further in regards to safety and GFI protection that will now be required on 240 volt devices in the home.

Also there are some other things and changes that are coming.

Today just got though with another webinar on the changing technologies of type C USB that we can use on plugs in the home. What we have now has existed for about 10 years but the industry is standardizing across all manufactures (Google, Samsung, Apple, etc) for ease and efficiency for end user.

This is another type of way we help and inform our customers. By staying up to date with our changing industry. You may think all would do this but you would be surprised how many don't.
