Absolutely the best experience with C&J. We had mold in the basement and it’s not exactly our wheelhouse so didn’t even know where to start. Ron was so wonderful and knowledgeable when he did the estimating and never made the experience feel overwhelming. He educated us and was realistic about what we needed versus what we didn’t- never trying to oversell us.Jayson and Steve came out and did the work and they were angels. They were clean and quick and so kind when I was dealing with work calls all day.I would come back to C&J all day for any project.

Ron came out today to look at some cracks in my foundation walls. He was extremely honest and told me he didn't see any reason to preemptively treat the cracks. He even spent extra time educating me on areas I should keep an eye on. Will definitely use them again if an issue occurs in the future!

The team from C&J was great. They arrived on time, they were polite, friendly and professional. I am totally happy with the crawl space encapsulation. I would recommend them to anyone needing solutions to basementIssues.

Ron Frye is super knowledgeable helpful and has problem solving mindset. I had seepage at one of the corner in my finished basement and thinking that it could be due to foundation crack. Ron came in and he started analyzing the issues from various angles and kept narrowing down the possibilities and finally thought of cutting a small part of the drywall to figure it out if that was foundation issue or plumbing issue. Finally he found out that there was intermittent leaking from the toilet that causing the issue and it’s purely a plumbing issue. Thank you so much Ron! Before Ron came there were couple of companies that came in and they did not have any clue what’s going on and started giving me quote of tens of thousands dollars what surprised me was that they don’t even know what they were going to do but started giving quotes with a stringent clause that cost could go based on the findings. Hats up to Ron and C&J Basement Solutions!

The workers who came to the house were very friendly and did a nice job. This is the second time we’ve hired C&J and will again in the future if the need arises!

Getting a quote and scheduling the job was very easy. The guys that came on site were professional, friendly, and respectful to the property. Job looks good and they were nice to my dogs. Will recommend to friends and family.
