So, As I get closer to retirement, I am reducing my workload just a little. This is to make my life a little easier, over the next 6 years of transition. I will stay on as a consult as of 2030. The Company will still be in the same hands of present employees. Paul Zaffrano eventually become president as I set back and consult for him. Pauly has been my right-hand man 10 years now.
