Wet basements are never good. Surrounded by watershed our client had more water than he could handle so he called us in for an assessment. Our diagnostics identified several broken or plugged tiles. We also discovered the site was sitting on top of heavy blue clay not allowing for natural drainage. After meeting with the customer we quickly got to work repairing the failed tiles and added a pair of custom drain beds along with a hybrid French drain setup to naturally pump and shed the water to the existing retention pond.
