One of the greatest blessings of owning a business is the people you get to meet along the way.
When I first met Ms. Zerfas, it was shortly after the tornado damaged her roof. Her son was understandably cautious about choosing the right contractor, and I’m grateful we were able to earn their trust by doing exactly what we promised.
Over the course of the project, I got to know Ms. Zerfas, and she is truly such a kind soul. That’s one of the best parts of this business. The only downside is that when the job is finished, it’s time to say goodbye.
