More than just moving dirt: a snapshot from our day at the Kalamazoo Event Center.

Our crew works to demolish the existing Arcadia Creek box culvert to prepare for the river tie-in to its new route. We were able to capture the moment the structure was lifted out (Reels) — pretty cool to watch!

But it’s not always just about the work. While on site, the crew also took a few minutes to help push a stranded driver’s car to the nearby gas station.

Just another example of the teamwork and willingness to help others that we’re proud to see from our crews every day. 💪

Kicking off the 2026 season the right way! 💪🚧

We shut down all job sites last Friday for our annual Spring Kickoff at the Training Center. The team reviewed our record safety performance from last year, discussed company updates and goals, and participated in breakout sessions and safety training on fire safety, utility safety, and cargo securement.

Our crew also enjoyed a food truck lunch from Scott's Pig Roast & El Taco Loco, and wrapped up the day with new Lounsbury apparel. Looking forward to another safe and productive season! 🦺👷‍♂️

📚🌿 Community Project Spotlight | Paw Paw District Library 🌿📚

We’re excited to be part of an upcoming improvement at the Paw Paw District Library! This new outdoor space is designed to expand how the library serves the community—creating a welcoming area for gathering, learning, and enjoying time outside.

We’re proud to contribute to a project that will have a lasting, positive impact for residents of all ages and look forward to seeing the community enjoy it later this year.
