Hello Facebook, I am pleased to announce the completion of another successful project in Pawling, NY, my hometown. The scope of work involved sanding and refinishing the kitchen/dining room area with a water-based finish, carefully formulated to replicate the appearance of the oil-based finish present throughout the remainder of the house. The floors underwent thorough sanding to achieve a flat surface and were subsequently finished with LOBA On Top. Hello Facebook,

I worked on a job in May in Hopewell Junction, NY. The Red Oak flooring had been poorly sanded and showed signs of excessive wear. To address this, a woven-in repair was necessary at the front entrance, along with additional sanding to remove sanding marks and flatten the floors. Despite the stains present throughout the house, the customer opted for a natural oil-based finish. I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome, considering the darker stains and the choice to go with a natural light finish.
